Banner Health's iconic blue heart represents more than our commitment to care and compassion—it reflects the generous spirit of our employees. Year after year, thousands of Banner team members demonstrate their dedication not just through their daily work, but by giving from their own treasure to support our patients and communities. The 2025 Better Together employee giving campaign proved once again that when Banner employees unite behind a cause, extraordinary things happen: together, they contributed an unprecedented $2.6 million to support a wide range of patient programs and services.

This milestone brings the total raised since the Better Together campaign launched in 2009 to more than $22 million—a testament to the enduring generosity of our workforce across all levels of the organization.

What makes this campaign truly special is the personal choice each employee has in directing their gift. They can support areas of care that resonate deeply with them—whether that's advancing cancer treatment, Alzheimer's research, or pediatric services. Others choose to invest directly in the Banner facility where they work, funding priorities identified by local leadership. Many support specific programs that serve patients and community members in need, while others contribute to scholarship funds that empower fellow health care professionals to pursue advanced education and expand their expertise.
