Donate cloth face masks

Donate Masks

Banner Health Foundation is gratefully accepting donations of cloth face masks for our health care workforce and patients. (Note these will not be worn by providers directly caring for COVID-19 patients, nor in any procedure rooms or isolation areas.) Masks will be laundered before being distributed, so there is no need to individually wash or package masks prior to donating.

Please download and print this form and include it with your donated masks. You will receive a receipt for your donation by U.S. mail. There are two options for donating:

Mail to:

Drop Off:

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: To keep volunteers and donors safe, please pack items for donation into the trunk of your car with nothing else in the trunk, and pull into the donation line. Please leave windows up and remain in your car. Call 623-465-6000 when you arrive and a volunteer will come out to unload the items. All people at the site are advised to practice social distancing by keeping at least six feet apart. Anyone who is experiencing flu-like symptoms, cough or fever should not come to this donation site.

Tucson Donations

In the Tucson area, donations of homemade masks are accepted at the loading dock at Banner – University Medical Center.

DONATION HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm

INSTRUCTIONS: Refer to the downloadable map of the BUMCT campus, which indicates the location of the loading dock with a gold star. Come to the loading dock and greet one of the Receivers for assistance with face mask donations. Please wear a face mask to protect your own safety and that of the staff at the receiving dock, who also practice social distancing and wear masks.
