A well-developed plan protects what
you own, ensures it is distributed
according to your wishes after your
lifetime, and provides for your family.

In times of uncertainty comes opportunities to reflect, reprioritize goals and make a difference. If you are one of the 55 percent of American adults who do not have a will or other estate plan in place, now is your time to create your plan.

A well-developed plan protects what you own, ensures it is distributed according to your wishes after your lifetime, and provides for your family. It should include a power of attorney, an advance directive, and, if you so choose, trusts for children and grandchildren and even provisions for the care of your pets. Your plan can also include provisions for favorite charities, such as Banner Health Foundation or Banner Alzheimer’s Foundation, with many strategies affording you and your beneficiaries significant tax advantages.
