Banner Health Foundation gratefully acknowledges Sonora Quest Laboratories for their support of the Valley Fever Center for Excellence and an emerging pilot program known as the Middle Age Brain Clinic. A joint initiative of Banner – University Medicine and the UA College of Medicine in Tucson, the Valley Fever Center fosters education, research and best clinical practices with the goal of addressing problems caused by the fungus, Coccidioides, the cause of Valley Fever.

Banner Health Foundation gratefully acknowledges Hyundai Hope On Wheels for supporting Banner’s young patients through the Adolescent and Young Adults (AYA) Recreation Wellbeing Program at Diamond Children’s Medical Center in Tucson. This program offers age-appropriate and patient-centered recreation and wellness activities focusing on the unique needs of adolescents and young adults during cancer treatment.

Dunkin’ supports prom for Diamond Children’s teen patients

Diamond Children’s Medical Center will host a prom for teenage patients on March 23, thanks to support from the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. Dunkin’ has been a generous supporter of Banner Children’s for several years, and has provided a $50,000 grant to sponsor this special prom each year at the nonprofit hospital since 2022.

Banner Olive Branch serves vulnerable seniors thanks to Fry’s Food Stores

Banner Olive Branch Senior Center trucks are deployed to a variety of Fry’s Food Stores every day to pick up donated groceries. Volunteers stock and organize the Food Pantry where low-income older adults come to shop free of charge. One in seven seniors in Arizona faces food insecurity, making the Food Pantry and the support from Fry’s invaluable.
