Proceeds from the annual golf tournament will have a tremendous impact on Banner Children’s Child Life programs at our medical centers in Mesa, Glendale and Tucson.

Creating a positive experience for hospitalized children is the foundation of Child Life at Banner Children’s medical facilities. Working with pediatric patients and families, Child Life Specialists use a variety of tools and skills to reduce stress and anxiety, while promoting normal growth and development. Through play, pre-operative teaching, and even distraction and coping techniques, these specialized professionals become invaluable resources for the entire family.
