Donate Homemade Masks


The Banner Health Foundation is gratefully accepting donated homemade masks for our team members and patients (Note that these will not be worn by providers directly caring for COVID-19 patients, nor in any procedure rooms or isolation areas.) The Foundation has a process in place to safely receive, sort and launder these masks and then distribute them in our hospitals.

We welcome your donations! Here is how to safely deliver them:

DROP-OFF DONATION HOURS: Mon-Fri, 9am-3pm

INSTRUCTIONS: Place the masks in a box, bag or container in your car's trunk labeled "homemade masks" with the quantity enclosed (no need to individually bag or package each mask). Pull into the donation line and remain in your car with the windows up; open your trunk and a volunteer wearing gloves and a mask will remove your items to be donated. Signage at the facility indicates how to obtain a donation receipt online.

DONATION HOURS: Tuesday and Wednesday, 9am-11am

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: To keep volunteers and donors safe, please pack items for donation into the trunk of your car with nothing else in the trunk, and pull into the donation line. Please call 623-465-6000 when you arrive and a volunteer will come out to unload the items.  Please leave windows up and remain in your car. All people at the site are advised to practice social distancing by keeping at least six feet apart. Anyone who is experiencing flu-like symptoms, cough or fever should not come to this donation site.

Remain in your car with the windows up and call 520.694.9180 upon arrival. Pop your trunk and a staff member wearing gloves and a mask will come out, remove your donated items and leave a donation form in your trunk for you to complete and return via email in order to obtain a donation receipt.
