Gifts can be unrestricted, allowing Banner Health to apply them where the need is greatest. Or, restricted contributions may be made to a specific program or service.

Join the Legacy Society

Banner Health Foundation’s Legacy Society recognizes the generosity and foresight of those who have remembered Banner Health in their estate plan, will or trust. Legacy gifts are promised today and realized after your lifetime. Legacy gifts can be unrestricted, allowing Banner to apply them to a range of future needs. Or, they may be designated for a specific Banner Health medical center, a particular program, or an area of care that matters most to you. To join the Legacy Society, simply download the Gift Agreement articulating your intentions, and return the completed form to our office.
