Banner Health Foundation gratefully acknowledges Arizona Coyotes Foundation for supporting underserved youth athletes through the Game On: Youth Athlete Support Fund. Arizona Coyotes Foundation’s support helps provide preventative care to Arizona youth through three distinct assessments that have been proven to reduce injury and promote participation in sports.

Describe the ways that the Arizona Coyotes Foundation have found meaningful impact in support of the Game On: Youth Athlete Support Fund.
The Arizona Coyotes Foundation understands the importance of reaching underserved young athletes and we are proud to support the Banner Health Foundation to ensure they have access to free sports physicals and baseline concussion testing.
