Giving Societies
Membership in a Giving
Society has special benefits.
Banner Health Foundation and Banner Alzheimer’s Foundation gratefully acknowledge the consistent gifts of individuals and the commitment of those who have remembered Banner Health in their estate plans. With special membership benefits, our Giving Societies include Banner Benefactors, Partners in Wellness and the Legacy Society.
Banner Benefactors
Banner Benefactors is our distinguished membership program that serves to honor members’ generous contributions in support of Banner Health while providing access to exclusive educational events and social activities. Banner Benefactors are those individuals whose annual contributions reach $1,000 or more, while Lifetime Banner Benefactors are those whose generosity reaches or exceeds $10,000 cumulatively.
Benefactors are true friends of Banner Health and the backbone of our organization. Their generosity is an investment in the future of health care, enabling us to make life better for our patients through new technology, groundbreaking research, state-of-the-art medical facilities, world-class patient care, and community education and outreach. Many of the Banner Health programs that have the greatest impact on our patients, their families and our community are made possible by gifts from our Banner Benefactors.
Membership includes special benefits and acknowledgement, including a special reception held every spring, recognition in Banner Health Foundation publications, opportunities to meet personally with Banner physician and executive leadership, personalized inpatient services, and invitations to educational events. To become a Banner Benefactor, make your gift of $1,000 or more online now, or call (602) 747-4483 to learn more.

Join the Legacy SocietyBanner Health Foundation’s Legacy Society recognizes the generosity and foresight of those who have provided enduring gifts and have remembered Banner Health in their will, trust, or estate plan. Legacy gifts are promised today and realized after your lifetime. Legacy gifts can be unrestricted, allowing Banner to apply them to a range of future needs. Or, they may be designated for a specific Banner Health medical center, a particular program, or an area of care that matters most to you. To join the Legacy Society, simply download the Gift Agreement articulating your intentions, and return the completed form to our office. Legacy Society members are recognized in Foundation publications, are invited to all signature Banner Health Foundation events, have the opportunity to engage with Banner physicians and senior leaders, and tour Banner Health facilities. Membership to the Legacy Society is afforded automatically, unless you prefer anonymity. |
