Pulse of the City Soirée raises $1.25 million for Banner Children's

11/01/2023

With dazzling décor and signature touches that this event has become known for, the Banner Health Foundation’s 7th annual Pulse of the City Soirée, presented by CureIS, offered guests an opportunity to truly shine with the theme, “All That Glitters.” Glamourous gold designs and guests’ attire transformed the Omni Scottsdale Resort at Montelucia for the nearly 600 guests in attendance on Saturday, Oct. 14 into a glittering spectacle of elegance and celebration.

The Soirée raised $1.25 million for Banner Children’s medical centers in Arizona to support a variety of patient care programs, supportive services, and the “extras” that make a hospital stay better for children and their families. After a cocktail reception, dinner, program, and lively paddle raise, guests enjoyed the festive after-party, donning twinkling fedoras and halos while dancing the night away to music by The Hamptons and enjoying late-night snacks.

The 2023 Banner Children’s Healthy Hero award went to Piper Powell, 8, who has bravely battled cancer for the past two years. Watch a video about Piper’s brave journey.

CureIS was this year’s presenting sponsor for the sold-out Soirée.
