Any community member who hosts fundraising events, organizes assembly of patient kits, sponsors toy drives, or works to raise funds and awareness for Banner Health programs and patients throughout Arizona, is a Community Champion.
We're thrilled you have chosen to become one of Banner Health Foundation's Community Champions! We're looking forward to learning more about your ideas and discussing the ways we can work together to make your fundraising event a success. Whether you're a fundraising pro or a first-timer, we're ready to help you get your ideas off the ground.
The Banner Health Foundation won't ask for a minimum fundraising amount. We are always impressed by the work of our Community Champions and they often exceed their goals! For first-time fundraisers, a goal of $500 is a great place to start.
First, initiate the registration process by completing the Fundraiser Application Form at the bottom of this page.
